Squeezr is built and maintained by Emily Samp. This policy explains what data the Squeezr mobile app does (and doesn't) collect.
Squeezr does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything you do in the app — your routines, session history, settings, and reminders — lives entirely on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no ads.
Your routines, session history, preferences, and reminder schedules are stored locally on your iPhone. If you use Squeezr on Apple Watch, data syncs directly between your iPhone and Watch — never through our servers (because there aren't any).
If you have iCloud Backup enabled, iOS may include Squeezr's local data in your personal iCloud backup. This is managed entirely by Apple under your iCloud account — Squeezr has no access to it.
Squeezr sends local notifications (reminders) that you schedule yourself. These are generated and delivered entirely on your device. There are no push notifications and no notification server.
Squeezr may include links to external services (e.g., the "Buy Me a Coffee" support link). When you tap one, you leave the Squeezr app and are subject to that service's privacy policy.
Squeezr is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
